KS Governor Laura Kelly's Press Release Effective Friday, May 22nd, a modified Phase Two will take place with a new mass gathering limit of 15 individuals. All businesses and activities slated for Phase 2 will be allowed with the exception of bars/night clubs and swimming pools.

Effective May 19, 2020 (and throughout the duration of the Governor's "Phase 1.5" period - at least through June 1st) County offices are open with some restrictions. Public access is limited to the South entrance. Health/travel screening questions will be required prior to admittance. Wearing a mask is highly encouraged during any face to face meeting, along with proper social distancing. Driver's License services will not be offered at this time. The Department on Aging and the Planning & Zoning Office are open by appointment only. In person attendance at the County Commission meetings will not be allowed at this time.
