Reports

Accident Reports -Copies of accident reports may be obtained from the Marion County Sheriff’s Office. Copies of the report are $10.00 each cash or money order (checks accepted by approved insurance companies only).  If pictures are available from the accident and requested, there will be an additonal $15.00 charge. Information needed to locate an accident report:

1. Date of accident
2. Time of accident (if available)
3. Location
4. Drivers name
5. Case Number (if available)

The Marion County Attorney is the custodian of criminal history, please contact that office at (620) 382-2243 or fax request to (620)382-3504.  There is a $25.00 fee.
